Paul J. Franzetti has practiced law for over 35 years, both in firms and in-house, and has first-hand knowledge and experience to give practical legal advice based on the types of business decisions that the business owner must make.

For many years, Paul primarily engaged in a business trial practice. In his early years, he also practiced in a corporate department of a major law firm — engaged in major corporate deals — as well as 5 years in-house at two different companies. Of those companies, one was a major offshore drilling contractor and the other was a subsidiary of a major oilfield service company where he served as General Counsel.

More recently, Paul has served as General Counsel (or Legal Director in the European system) of a growing consulting firm. He gave strategy advice and made business decisions, as well as a wide variety of in-house legal issues.
